Atlas Group has been assigned as a General Contractor for Poultry Complex in Omsk region

Atlas Group and APK Titan have signed an agreement for the realization of a poultry complex with a capacity of 15.000,00 tons per year in Omsk region as a turnkey project with a project value of ca. 2 000 000 000 Rubles.

In addition to the role as General Contractor, Atlas Group will also render services during the organization of the financing of the project.

The complex consists of 13 sites with a total construction area of appr. 150.000,00 sqm including incubation, raising and fattening facilities.

As part of the ambitious "Biotechnological Cluster" project developed by the Client for the Omsk region, consisting of a plant for deep processing of grain (BioETBE), a feed mill, a pig farm and meat processing factory, the complex is considered as a landmark project for the region developed in accordance with the socio-economic development strategy approved by the Decree of the Governor of the Omsk region on February 13, 2006 № 18, town-planning concept of the location and development of industrial zones and related areas of engineering and transport infrastructure in the city of Omsk to 2025, approved by the Government of the Omsk region from November 23, 2007 № 152-p, as well as long-term programs of the Omsk region, "Construction of deep processing with / x products" Biotechnological Cluster "for 2009-2015" approved by Government of Omsk Region 19.01.09 № 3-n.
