LLC «Geostar» (ATLAS Group) carries out all kinds of engineering surveys, required for complex examination of engineering-ecologic, geologic, geodetic or hydro geologic conditions of the place of designed construction.

Engineering-ecologic surveys

Examination of ecologic and sanitary parameters is carried out at the pre-project stage for execution of earthworks, as well as in the process of construction: in order to carry out examination of projects at the erection stage and placing into operation.

Engineering-ecologic surveys include:

  • Radiation background exploration
  • Chemical, bacteriological and parasitological soil and ground surveys 
  • Soil vapor surveys 
  • Examination and evaluation of physical impacts
  • Examination of underground stray currents 
  • Office studies
  • Acquisition of the expert sanitary and epidemiological inspection report

Engineering-geologic surveys

Engineering-geologic surveys provide integrated study of geologic conditions of the region of designed construction:

  • pattern and geological structure of the plot 
  • soil composition, features and status 
  • geomorphologic and hydro geology conditions 
  • natural geological processes and processes, caused by territory development 
  • possible forecasts of interaction and other works

Engineering-geodetic surveys

Topographic geodesic works provide the possibility to acquire all data on conformation, taking into account existing buildings and constructions. Evaluation of natural and cultural conditions or the construction zone is carried out based on received data, design and project operation justifications are composed.

Engineering-geodetic surveys include:

  • topographic mapping
  • geodetic construction support (calculation of earthworks scopes, lay-out, control over geodetic parameters and possible deformation of objects, post-construction survey) 
  • solution of geodetic tasks (façade measurement, composition of floor-by-floor plans and project sectioning, graphical works and etc.)

Hydro geologic surveys

Hydro geologic surveys are carried out for evaluation of ground water impact on erected constructions and lowering their negative impact on frames of foundations and construction.

They include:

  • examination of water supply sources
  • boring of exploratory and development wells 
  • office works
  • arrangement of water-intake facilities
It is necessary to remember that various types of surveys are required at each stage of construction works. This is an indispensable condition both for low-rise building construction, and for erection of large industrial projects.
