Architectural design

Architectural design is the most important construction stage of any building. Architectural and engineering solutions are means of creative and technical creation, economic planning and optimization of construction; project documentation is a pass to the site. It is necessary to remember that not only the appearance of the building, as well as durability and functionality of the project shall depend on the quality of project works, but also the cost of its operation.

Stages of design:

  • Pre-project work: examination of project data, execution of engineering surveys and analysis or received data. 
  • Concept development: creation of various designs, consideration and coordination of designs with the client, approval of the chosen design. 
  • Project development: composition of detailed building' structure, engineering systems and all utilities drawings. 
  • Project documentation development. Project documentation consists of two parts: 
  • Graphic part - reflects all project solutions in drawings and schemes, including territory landscaping and planting plans. 
  • Textual part - project Data, feasibility study, explanatory memorandum 
  • Results of calculations, comments, link to normative and technical documents. 
  • Working project: is created on the basis of project documentation. Apart from detailed plans and drawings of architectural-constructional and engineering solutions, the working plan includes the full list of specifications for materials and equipment, solutions for optimization of construction, organizational management plan. 
  • Cost estimating. 
  • Project coordination.
