  • Development of the design and construction progress chart: the chart is composed individually for each stage of works and is subject to adjustment, if necessary, only upon the construction client's approval. 
  • Estimation of demand for amended and consumable resources. Estimation of consumable resources assumes selection of construction materials and engineering equipment, which shall be installed at the project. Amended resources assume selection of construction machinery and estimation of man power. 
  • Creation of design and construction budgets: a cost sheet is composed for each stage of works; objectives of application of money assets are justified. 
  • Financing schedule development: time periods are set for cash inflow for execution of each stage of works. 
  • Development of resources influx schedules: construction materials and equipment supply dates are defined; the work scheduled for specialists and workers is developed. 
  • Bringing all schedules together into a unified model and maintenance of its actuality. If necessary, each element of the construction and design plan can be adjusted.   • Conversion of project documentation into a 3D-model: the visual image helps us imagine the exact planned result, discloses defects of the project both from the architectural, and the engineering sides. 
  • Adjunction and adjustment of the 3D-model: adjustments are introduced as per project documentation development.

Construction: control over creation

This is one of the most important stages of project execution; it requires highly-professional coordination like no other. ATLAS holds all management strings in one hand and leads the project to logically successful competition within the established deadline.

Management at this stage includes:

  • Realization of tenders for contracting works and supply of materials. This function includes all stages: preparation of tender materials, searching for candidates, and realization of tenders and approval of results, drawing up of supply and construction contracts, support during their conclusion. Apart from that, in the course of works, signing of additional agreements with suppliers and contractors is considered; their signing is coordinated with the construction client. 
  • Control over observance of the performance schedule. Control assumes constant supervision over all stages of designing and construction, timely preparation of reports, if necessary - introduction of changes into the current plan and their coordination with the construction client. 
  • Project handover for commissioning. This assumes execution of individual and combined testing of engineering systems at the project, checking their correspondence to construction norms, execution of control measurements and registration of results.
