ATLAS Group offers a package of services to its clients for execution of technical client functions. Specialists of the group of companies, independently and in cooperation with partners, are ready to carry out scheduling, accompaniment and control over project documentation, during construction of projects of any level of complexity.

List of services for execution of technical client functions:

At the concept design stage

  • Discussion of the project's concept: coordination the solution, disclosure of defects in the concept, introduction of changes. 
  • Coordination of the land right and land utilization. 
  • Coordination of the technical assignment for execution of engineering survey works: geodetic, geologic, hydro geologic and ecologic. 
  • Pre-design working booklet development and coordination. 
  • Acquisition of the permitted use Act ("RAI")

At the design stage

  • Tender preparation and execution for choosing the general designer. 
  • Development of the technical assignment for designing. 
  • Consideration of completion acts, coordination of project solutions, approval of executed design stages, annulment of invalid drawings. 
  • Verification of project documentation: inclusive verification of utility systems designs correspondence to norms, set by state bodies of control, definition of power system loads, control over project equipment' productivity and expediency of engineering solutions. 
  • Assertion of the project or its sections in bodies of state control. 
  • Registration of construction, acquisition of all normative permits for execution of construction works.

At the planning stage

  • Appointment of the design and construction manager. 
  • Handover of the registered project to the general contracting construction company, drawing up and signing of contracts for upcoming works. 
  • Consideration and approval of schedules for project, construction and other types of works and tracking their observance. 
  • Signing of contracts with suppliers and contractors. 
  • Control over timely introduction of changes into the project, participation in the reconciliation act. 
  • Drawing-up of payment acts.

At the construction stage

  • Technical supervision over the construction process, verification of the quality of performed works and their correspondence to project documentation. 
  • Control over execution of all requirements, follow documentation maintenance. 
  • Control over organization of safety close to the construction zone. 
  • Control over supplied materials and equipment, its correspondence to project documentation and construction norms. 
  • Arrangement of meetings, writing down the meeting results in protocols and tracking of their execution. 
  • Acceptance of performed construction stages, consideration of reports on performed works.

Project handover for commissioning

  • Acceptance committee arrangement. 
  • Control and arrangement of utility systems testing, accumulation of documents for their commissioning. 
  • Measuring of ecologic and sanitary parameters. 
  • Figuration of project acceptance acts, record of disclosed effects and figuration of a works schedule for their correction and repeated acceptance. 
  • Acquisition of final documents for placing the project into services, inclusive postal and mailing addresses. 
  • Representation of the client's interests in court, shall any administrative disputes arise. 
  • Handover of all documents to the management company, which shall accept the project for operation.
